## Required

- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Leadership and crew supervision experience
- Knowledge of BMP installation and maintenance practices
- Knowledge of stormwater maintenance operations
- Equipment operation capability
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive motions

## Nice to have

- Experience with multiple types of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safety precautions and hazards in stormwater work
- Experience training and providing performance feedback to crew members
