## Required

- Staff-level consumer product experience with measurable user impact
- Exceptional product sense and UX judgment
- Track record leading zero-to-one or major product-evolution work from strategy through launch
- Experience shaping product across multiple surfaces or parts of a consumer ecosystem
- Strong analytical judgment in defining success metrics and interpreting evidence
- Excellent cross-functional leadership with Design, Engineering, Data, and Research

## Nice to have

- Experience with community, social, creator, UGC, or marketplace products
- Experience shaping user participation, identity, contribution, belonging, or reputation systems
- Experience evolving mature product systems or designing for multi-sided ecosystems
