## Required

- 12+ years in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise architecture roles
- 5+ years managing architects, principal engineers, or comparable senior technical contributors
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience defining architecture strategy and roadmaps for large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure platforms
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, containers, serverless, networking, storage, databases, and security-by-design
- Understanding of hybrid infrastructure, datacenter modernization, multi-cloud strategy, and workload placement
- Experience establishing architecture governance, standards, and review processes across multiple teams
- Ability to evaluate architectural tradeoffs across reliability, scalability, security, cost, and developer productivity

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree beyond bachelor's
- Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes managed control planes, service mesh, API gateways, and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, media technology, or high-scale, low-latency distributed environments
- Experience supporting globally distributed engineering organizations
- Experience leading platform engineering transformation or internal developer platform initiatives
- Experience modernizing legacy infrastructure into cloud-native environments
- Experience with AI-enabled engineering productivity or architecture governance tooling
- FinOps or cloud spend governance experience
