- 2+ years supporting manufacturing and supply chain data analyses in aerospace
- BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Project Management philosophies and processes
- Leadership, results focus, customer service orientation, action orientation, planning and organizing, teamwork, business acumen, and decision-making skills
- US person eligible for access to controlled defense contractor information

## Nice to have

- Experience in a technical field, preferably aerospace
- MBA or comparable advanced management degree
- Formal training in Program and/or Systems Management (PMI or equivalent)
- Successfully led projects to reduce cost, increase throughput, or eliminate waste
