## Required

- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
- 4+ years post-law school experience in law firm or in-house advising on promotional and e-commerce legal matters
- Experience with FTC laws and regulations
- Experience with state consumer protection laws
- Ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong business judgment
- Creative mindset

## Nice to have

- Experience advising on FDA-regulated products
- Experience advising on intellectual property matters including trademarks and copyrights
- Working knowledge of US and state consumer privacy laws
- Working knowledge of healthcare privacy laws
