## Required

- 3+ years of facilities maintenance or related experience
- Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical infrastructure
- Ability to operate and maintain HVAC, WFI, purified water, and other critical utility systems
- Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs
- Ability to follow SOPs, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work 2nd shift, fully onsite in Eatontown, NJ

## Nice to have

- Experience with HVAC systems, chilled water, compressed air, purified water, or WFI systems
- Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, pumps, compressors, valves, and piping
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Experience using CMMS software
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Understanding of GMP, FDA, ISO, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and safe work practices
- Proficiency with standard maintenance hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
