- Firsthand knowledge of nonprofit financial operations and audit requirements
- Expert knowledge of 501(c)(3), (c)(4), and (c)(6) tax status implications
- Expertise in FASB ASC 958, Uniform Guidance, Form 990, LD-2, and UBIT
- Proven ability to ship LLM or agent-powered products in production
- Experience building for accounting firm intermediaries
- Ability to architect data migrations and bi-directional integrations
- Proven influence across engineering, design, sales, and finance

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Nonprofit Management, or Business
