- Experience in aseptic drug product manufacturing and/or technology transfer

- Critical thinking and technical writing skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Experience working effectively in matrix environments
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment across analytical, regulatory, and manufacturing partners
- Demonstrated ability to influence areas outside direct control

## Nice to have

- Master's or Ph.D. degree
- Experience in lyophilization technology
