## Required

- Minimum 7 years recruiting experience in a medium to large organization
- At least 3 years leading recruiting teams
- Proven success hiring at both entry-level and senior leadership levels in a corporate environment
- Experience advising and coaching organizational leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

## Nice to have

- Experience with management consulting, business development, or search firm backgrounds
- Workday Recruiting implementation experience
- Prior experience in both external recruiting agency and corporate HR environments
- Experience managing recruiting workflows and metrics
- Strong macro-economic and competitive analysis skills in the cruise or hospitality industry
