- 5+ years in Endpoint Management, Workplace Technology, or Infrastructure Operations
- 3+ years in product ownership, service ownership, or operational leadership
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise endpoints supporting thousands of users and devices
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows endpoints, mobile and macOS device management
- Experience leading endpoint operations and incident management
- Leadership ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives

## Nice to have

- ITIL Foundation or Advanced Certification
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Experience supporting global environments with 10,000+ devices
- Experience leading Intune modernization and SCCM-to-cloud transformation
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and Zero Touch Provisioning
- Experience building executive scorecards and compliance reporting frameworks
