This role leads partnerships with the largest model-building organizations in the US—frontier labs, hyperscaler AI teams, and independent open-weights builders—to ensure Together AI is their platform of choice for launching and distributing models. You'll structure complex multi-component deals, navigate large partner organizations across technical and business functions, and own a small portfolio of relationships that move the market.

## Required

- 7–10+ years in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Alliances
- Track record closing and growing partnerships with large technology companies
- Experience structuring complex multi-component agreements outside standard templates
- Ability to negotiate IP, licensing, revenue-share, and exclusivity terms with sophisticated counterparties
- Executive presence and ability to build trust with senior leaders at partner organizations
- Technical fluency in model architectures, context windows, licensing, inference, and fine-tuning

## Nice to have

- Direct experience at a frontier lab, hyperscaler AI organization, or major open-weights model builder
- Experience with hyperscaler or cloud marketplace partner programs
- Co-selling experience where partnerships drove revenue
- Background at high-growth API, cloud infrastructure, or developer platform companies managing complex ecosystems
