- 10+ years in risk management across digital economy, AI/ML, and blockchain
- Technology governance, RCSA, and control evaluation experience in financial services
- Hands-on experience developing AI and GenAI applications
- Deep expertise in AI model lifecycle governance including validation and explainability
- Practical blockchain and DeFi operational risk experience
- Experience operating at scale in global regulated environments
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships between business and technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in technology discipline (Computer Science, Information Management, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or equivalent)
- Leadership experience on large-scale initiatives with diverse global teams
- Cross-functional influence and second line risk responsibility capability

## Nice to have

- CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification
- Working knowledge of NIST, COBIT, ORX, and ISO 27001 frameworks
