## Required

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of rocket test operations experience including on-console engineering
- 2+ years of team lead or people manager experience
- Design experience with fluid systems including P&ID, line sizing, and hazard analysis
- Hands-on mechanical and electronic systems integration experience
- Test procedure writing and operation
- Automation for ground and vehicle systems
- Experience in high-pressure or hazardous environments
- Real-time and post-test data analysis
- Troubleshooting expertise with cryogenic and high-pressure valves, regulators, pumps, and relief valves
- Troubleshooting expertise with pressure transducers, thermocouples, RTDs, flow meters, and accelerometers
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Physical capability to stoop, bend, crawl, and lift 25 lbs unassisted
- Willingness to relocate to Moses Lake, WA
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status per ITAR requirements
