## Required

- At least 18 years old with proof of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Troubleshoot machinery problems independently
- Read and interpret technical data and maintenance charts
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written English
- Physical capability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, climb ladders and stairs, and work at heights using lifts
- Work cooperatively with others
- 3+ years of maintenance, facilities, or related field experience
- Knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, boilers, and chillers
- Verifiable HVAC education or certification
- CMMS system experience
- Medical approval to wear respiratory protection
- Willingness to handle hazardous drugs with appropriate PPE and understand reproductive risks

## Nice to have

- Bilingual in Spanish
- 5+ years of previous maintenance experience in a commercial facility
- 5+ years of electrical knowledge and electronic principles
- Formal training or certification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, or PLC systems
- Advanced degree or training in engineering or maintenance
- Advanced formal training in lean or six sigma
