## Required

- Experience in trust and safety, content moderation operations, or policy enforcement with direct exposure to child safety, CSAM/CSEM, or related child protection
- Experience managing or coordinating content review operations including quality assurance and workflow management
- Experience standing up and scaling policy enforcement or content review workflows
- SQL and/or other data analysis tools proficiency
- Experience identifying emerging risks and communicating findings to cross-functional stakeholders
- Understanding of challenges in implementing product policies at scale in content moderation

## Nice to have

- Deep expertise in child safety, CSEA, or online child protection including CSAM/CSEM classification standards
- Experience working with or reporting to NCMEC, IWF, or equivalent child safety bodies
- Familiarity with CSAM reporting obligations, KOSA, COPPA, or equivalent international frameworks
- Experience with generative AI products and how they can be misused for CSEA
- Experience designing trauma-informed support structures for content reviewers
- Python proficiency for workflow automation or data analysis
- Experience with hash-matching or perceptual hashing technologies for CSAM detection
- Familiarity with age assurance technologies
- Experience in trust and safety at a technology company
