- 10+ years in business development or corporate development at high-growth tech/fintech companies
- Track record sourcing and closing complex multi-party partnership agreements
- Experience building 0–1 partnership or distribution programs from the ground up
- Financial services or fintech background
- Proven BD operating system with pipeline discipline and deal velocity
- Executive presence and credibility with C-suite and VP partners
- Structured problem-solving and financial literacy
- Executive-level written and verbal communication

## Nice to have

- Embedded finance or API-driven distribution experience
- Marketplace business model experience
- Experience at platform companies where partnerships drive growth
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
