- 10+ years progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- 4+ years in transformation, strategy, or operations leadership role

- Deep knowledge of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing tools)
- Strong analytical mindset with TA data and metrics experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills

- Experience in biopharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industry
