## Required

- 2+ years relevant field service or aerospace engineering experience
- BA or BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical discipline (or Associate's degree plus 10+ years experience)
- Working knowledge of airline industry and products
- Working knowledge of aircraft and shop-level maintenance
- Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (CFR, FAR, SFAR)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- US person status for ITAR compliance
- Up to 45% travel availability
- Ability to respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot product issues

## Nice to have

- FAA Certified Repairman (Airframe & Powerplant license)
- Foreign language knowledge
- Experience working in other cultures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Visio
- Experience with Minitab
