- Deep expertise in growth and lifecycle marketing implementation
- Hands-on experience with CDPs, product analytics, lifecycle messaging, billing, and reverse-ETL tools
- Proven ability to ship in-app PLG mechanics
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and SQL
- Experience building event taxonomies without schema drift
- History of shipping paywall and entitlement logic in production
- Comfort operating without a product manager

## Nice to have

- B2C subscription experience in creative tools, music, or design
- Familiarity with music or creative-platform go-to-market
- Open-source contributions to data tooling
- Experience as the first PLG or growth engineer at a company
- Track record of building in public on Product Hunt, YC, X, or Reddit
