- 3+ years working with SAP PP-PI
- Knowledge of forecasting, supply planning, and production scheduling

- Ability to collaborate across functional teams
- Risk identification and escalation capability
- Strong relationship-building and change leadership skills
- Results-oriented with proven execution ability

## Nice to have

- Expertise in system and business process design, optimization, and solution development in pharmaceutical or life sciences
- Experience with large-scale SAP implementations and master data migration
- Advanced supply chain planning tools experience (Kinaxis RapidResponse, OMP, or similar)
- Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering with 5+ years experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years
