- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8–10+ years of ERP implementation or business analysis experience
- Deep Oracle Fusion Finance modules experience (AP, AR, Cash, FA, Tax, GL)
- Oracle Fusion Costing hands-on experience
- Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM) experience
- Project Costing, Billing, and Revenue Recognition knowledge
- Government Accounting (GovCon) and FAR/DCAA compliance expertise
- Data migration, integrations, and reporting experience
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, asylee, or refugee status

## Nice to have

- Experience with multi-entity or global ERP rollouts
- Familiarity with Oracle RMCS and contract-based revenue models
- Exposure to M&A system integrations or business expansions
- Ownership and accountability mindset
