## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification
- SEC reporting experience
- 7+ years of related accounting experience
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- US GAAP knowledge and research skills
- Big 4 accounting firm experience
- Hands-on knowledge of technology company accounting including revenue recognition and software accounting
- Technical accounting memo writing and review
- Ability to communicate accounting matters to executives
- MS Office proficiency
- Equity platform experience

## Nice to have

- Public accounting background
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
- M&A experience with equity treatment
- Workiva experience
- NetSuite experience
