- 10+ years in People Operations or HR Shared Services
- 7+ years leading teams through accelerated scaling and change
- Demonstrated experience designing and iterating HR workflows, processes, and systems for growing workforces
- Experience architecting cross-functional processes to manage continuous change
- Track record building service delivery models from the ground up
- Experience with Workday HCM/HRIS implementation and operational design
- Ability to operate across global, multi-entity structures with varied labor and compliance requirements
- Comfort with ruthless prioritization and decisive decision-making

## Nice to have

- Experience with ADP, Ashby, or Lattice
- Experience scaling organizations from sub-2000 to 25,000+ employees
- Experience with shared services processes and infrastructure at scale
