- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 20% for flight test support

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in engineering
- Experience with Part 23 or Part 27 aircraft certification
- Proficiency with engineering design and simulation tools
- Experience with ground control systems or high-voltage electrical power systems
