## Required

- 10+ years related experience (or 7+ with master's degree)
- Deep distributed systems expertise with highly available, scalable services
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in Golang, Python, Java or similar
- Hands-on experience building agentic applications with tool orchestration and planning/execution loops
- Security mindset for agentic/LLM risks including prompt injection and data exfiltration
- Cloud-native proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience
- SQL and/or NoSQL database experience
- Git workflows and modern CI/CD practices
- Clear communication and cross-team collaboration

## Nice to have

- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platform services or edge/distributed compute
- L3–L7 networking concepts for application delivery
- Experience building developer platforms or SDKs for AI or workflow orchestration
- Familiarity with observability stacks and operating production systems at scale
