- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering, or related discipline with 2+ years experience, or Master's degree with 0-2 years experience
- Experience supporting mechanical design, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, preventive maintenance, or automated manufacturing systems
- Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment such as calipers, digital/laser rulers, protractors
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, laboratory, or equipment support environment
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment and lift/move tools and equipment as needed

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment in automated manufacturing or production
- Experience with Six Sigma or continuous improvement tools
