## Required

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Eight years of project or program management experience
- Spacecraft test and operations systems experience
- Experience managing complex systems with hardware and software dependencies
- Vendor management experience
- MS Project scheduling and reporting proficiency
- Integrated product team experience
- Schedule management with critical dependencies
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- U.S. citizenship or equivalent authorization for ITAR compliance

## Nice to have

- Team leadership and inter-team cooperation skills
- Experience presenting to external customers
- Hardware and test lab experience
