## Required

- 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering
- Experience with enterprise customers in telecom, media, retail, industrial, or business services
- Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts and API integrations
- Experience managing both consumption-based and seat-based business models
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Passion for AI and responsible AI development
- Track record with portfolio management and measurable outcomes
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
