- Direct in-house podcast program management (not agency-only)
- Experience running both agency partnerships and in-house programs
- Ability to negotiate with media agencies for rates and placements

- Creative partnership ideas beyond standard ad reads
- Comfort owning execution details including scripts, QA, and reporting alongside strategy
