## Required

- Experience training and coaching staff
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM shift
- Ability to work in environments with machinery and varying noise levels
- Ability to stand for lengthy periods
- Professional handling of difficult conversations
