## Required

- 7+ years unscripted television development experience
- Proven track record of projects sold and/or aired
- Strong relationships with networks, streamers, production companies, and agents
- Ability to develop projects from concept through market-ready pitch
- Strong creative instincts and understanding of fresh, sellable, scalable ideas
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Experience developing projects around talent and personalities
- Deep knowledge of unscripted formats and television marketplace
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Understanding of creator economy and digital talent translation to television
