## Required

- High school diploma
- Two years' experience as maintenance supervisor or coordinator in fast-paced manufacturing
- Food manufacturing experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Team leadership experience with maintenance technicians
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience making reliability and maintenance decisions
- Proven track record of implementing improvements

## Nice to have

- CMMS system experience
- Controls and automation experience with Allen Bradley controls
