- 5+ years in incentive compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or related systems/process improvement role
- Demonstrated track record of systematizing manual or inefficient processes
- Hands-on SQL experience and data fluency across systems
- Experience building automated workflows with tools like Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, data warehouses, and compensation management platforms
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Understanding of compensation mechanics (quotas, accelerators, SPIFFs, payout timing)

## Nice to have

- Experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud, or open-source companies
- Experience in IPO-readiness environments or public companies
