## Required

- Master's degree with 10+ years CPU performance experience, or PhD with 6+ years in high-performance ARM or x86 CPU teams
- 8+ years working with cycle-accurate C++ CPU performance simulators
- Expertise in at least one CPU domain: branch prediction, fetch/decode, rename/allocation, reservation stations, execution, memory subsystem, or prefetchers
- Experience debugging microarchitecture and simulation issues
- Strong background in microarchitecture, RTL, and logic development

## Nice to have

- Background in CPU microarchitecture and cycle-accurate performance simulator modeling
- Experience in microarchitecture exploration and identifying IPC-improving features
- End-to-end CPU performance work from pathfinding through post-silicon validation
- Familiarity with performance scenarios, KPIs, and workload analysis
- Advanced C++ and scripting skills
- Ability to write assembly and craft microarchitectural tests
- Ability to read and debug RTL performance issues
