## Summary

Moderna is looking for a hands-on expert in ModelN Revenue Management software to serve as a senior technical resource supporting their pharmaceutical revenue operations. This role suits someone with deep knowledge of both the ModelN platform and US pharma revenue processes who can bridge business and technical teams to manage configurations, integrations, reporting, and day-to-day platform reliability.

## Required

- 8+ years supporting enterprise business applications or Revenue Management systems
- Hands-on experience with ModelN Revenue Cloud or ModelN Revenue Management platform
- Strong knowledge of US pharmaceutical Revenue Management processes (chargebacks, rebates, contract management, pricing, claims processing, or Gross-to-Net)
- Experience in a senior techno-functional role bridging business and technical domains
- Experience with platform configuration, user administration, access controls, reporting, and production support
- Analytical skills to investigate complex data and process issues
- Ability to partner across business and technical teams through full software development lifecycle
- Experience working with vendors and managed service providers
- Understanding of controlled system environments, audit readiness, and SOX considerations
- Comfort with reports, data extracts, and operational dashboards
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

## Nice to have

- Deep hands-on ModelN experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environment
- Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, SAP MDG, customer master data, EDI, or Boomi integration platforms
- Exposure to Government Pricing processes
- Experience coordinating integration work across SAP, Boomi, EDI, and data teams
- Experience supporting system upgrades, SaaS release validation, regression testing, and UAT coordination
- Experience producing audit extracts, SOX reports, and compliance documentation
- SQL or query tool proficiency for data retrieval and analysis
- Track record of building sustainable internal platform capability and reducing vendor dependency
- Experience operating in hybrid models with internal teams, vendors, and system integrators
