## Required

- 12+ years professional experience
- Direct experience as engineer, EM, or technical program leader in software organization
- Served as strategic partner or Chief of Staff to CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering, or equivalent senior technical executive
- Diagnosed organizational or operational problems, designed solutions, and tracked execution to completion
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior leaders and create alignment
- Operated effectively in fast-moving environments with high adaptability and resourcefulness
- Translated company and technology strategy into organizational priorities and measurable outcomes
- Personal fluency with AI tools applied to organizational process improvement

## Nice to have

- Chief of Staff, Engineering Operations, or similar title reporting to CTO/Head of Engineering/VP Engineering
- Experience in high-growth or rapidly scaling technology company
- Healthcare technology or highly regulated industry experience
- Organizational design, workforce planning, or change management leadership
- Individual contributor engineering experience with shipped code
