- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform
- Experience with governance, compliance, and enterprise IT processes
- Strategic thinking and product leadership

- Executive communication and influence
- Data-driven decision-making
- Ability to balance innovation with governance and risk management

## Nice to have
