## Required

- 5+ years in technical program management, research operations, or product execution in AI/ML environment
- Deep familiarity with post-training and alignment concepts (supervised fine-tuning, RLHF, safety frameworks, LLM evaluation)
- Understanding of model deployment and serving infrastructure
- Ability to lead multi-team programs in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
- Strong analytical skills with data and user insights
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative, scientific, or technical field

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, annotation platforms, or ML evaluation tools
- Experience managing annotation vendors or external data partners
- Familiarity with distributed training, experiment tracking, ML infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, cloud), or model serving
- Prior work embedded in AI research teams, foundation model labs, or Trust & Safety engineering
- Direct experience managing AI safety, quality evaluation, or red-teaming programs
