Vanta is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build their analytics foundation from the ground up, designing data models and infrastructure that enable self-serve analytics and support data-driven decisions across the company. ## Required

- At least 4 years of data experience
- At least 2 years of software engineering or related experience
- Experience with dbt
- Experience with modern data warehouse platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
- Knowledge of dimensional and fact modeling
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow or Dagster)
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Mode, or Sigma)
- Experience with data integration tools (Stitch or Fivetran)
- Openness to using AI to amplify skills
