## Required

- 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping production software
- Strong programming skills across unfamiliar codebases and APIs
- Hands-on production experience with LLM applications including retrieval, tool calls, and evals
- Experience designing and owning complex technical systems from architecture through production
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive technical projects to completion
- Strong technical communication and experience working directly with customers or cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions

## Nice to have

- Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or consulting roles
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, agents, or developer tools
- Experience with modern cloud infrastructure, application deployment, databases, APIs, and authentication
- Experience integrating software into complex enterprise environments with identity management and internal data sources
