- 10+ years in HIV community engagement, advocacy, public affairs, communications, government affairs, medical affairs or marketing
- Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare, policy and market access landscape for HIV prevention
- Proven track record building trusted relationships with HIV advocacy and community stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and drive cross-functional alignment
- Experience in issues management, corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate community insights into actionable advocacy strategies
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Leadership experience managing initiatives, external partners and multiple priorities
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations for external engagement and advocacy
- Commitment to health equity and inclusive engagement in HIV prevention

## Nice to have

- Master's degree (alternative to 10+ years with bachelor's)
- Strong U.S. HIV-specific experience
- Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative community insights to measure impact
