- Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance

- Experience with Microchip devices (RTAX, ProASIC, RTG4)
- Aerospace or space application firmware development
- Knowledge of serial communication protocols
- Multi-clock-domain digital design experience

- FPGA physical constraint design and management
- Xilinx SoC device experience
- FPGA floor planning
- Xilinx System Generator
- Verification techniques including linting and constrained random testing
- RTOS and bare-metal firmware knowledge
- Hardware accelerators and space communication protocols
- Synopsys or Aldec synthesis and simulation tools
