- 5+ years program management, technical program management, or operations experience
- Cross-functional operations or program management experience supporting multiple stakeholders
- Ability to build processes and exercise judgment in ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic partnership skills
- Experience managing competing priorities and communicating trade-offs

## Nice to have

- Security experience
- Familiarity with working in fast-moving, scaling environments
