## Required

- 5+ years in technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or founding/product engineering)
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals

- Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Comfortable working directly with customers during POCs and architecture reviews
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to developer audiences
- Takes responsibility for outcomes
- Bias toward action and problem-solving
- Excited about operating AI agents in production

## Nice to have

- Production deployment experience with AI agents, especially using LangChain or LangGraph
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and Kubernetes
- Track record shipping and operating production software under real-world constraints
