## Required

- 5+ years BIM/VDC industry experience
- BIM/VDC workflows and Navisworks functionality
- Autodesk software and CDE platforms (ACC)
- AEC project organizational change workflows in high-tech industry
- Familiarity with Facilities Engineering teams and roles
- Project management and communication skills
- Problem-solving focused on safety and quality

## Nice to have

- Third-party BIM Coordination experience on semiconductor, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, or data center facilities
- Experience supervising BIM Coordinator or Designer support staff
- Clash detection and model management workflow experience
- Knowledge of BIM/VDC ecosystem emerging technologies
