- 7+ years of Workday experience
- 3+ years in architect or lead technical design capacity

- Proven experience with Workday integration tools
- Strong understanding of Workday security groups and business process configuration
- Experience leading full lifecycle implementations or major tenant transformations
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical leadership

- Expertise in Workday Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, or Projects
- Workday certifications in Integrations
