## Required

- 6-8+ years managing complex, capital-intensive infrastructure design and construction projects with budgets exceeding $100M
- Demonstrated expertise in scheduling software and critical path management
- Technical breadth across electrical, mechanical, civil, cloud, and network engineering
- Experience managing multiple third-party service providers and contracts
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to influence and coordinate across teams without direct authority

## Nice to have

- Experience with distributed generation energy projects
- Experience with multi-site repeatable deployment projects
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Data center construction experience
