- 5–7+ years of field marketing, event marketing, ABM, or B2B technology marketing experience
- Experience developing and executing account-based programs with Sales teams
- Understanding of how events drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and customer expansion
- Experience creating community or experiential programs for technical audiences
- Strong project management skills managing multiple complex programs simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and focus on attendee experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, DevRel, Research, Creative, Partnerships, and executive teams
- Comfortable using Salesforce and event/marketing technology platforms
- Strong judgment prioritizing opportunities by impact
- High agency and ability to operate in fast-moving environments with ambiguity
- Ability to travel 30–40% including international travel
