## Summary

## Required

- Extensive SRE experience with highly available and distributed systems
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency in Golang or similar modern programming languages
- Track record building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Experience managing production systems across AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Proven ability to architect and implement fault-tolerant cloud systems
- Direct customer-facing technical implementation experience

## Nice to have

- Experience with Service Mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd
- Database administration experience with PostgreSQL or Cassandra
- Open-source SRE tool contributions
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or CKA
- Experience with managed services or API gateways
