- 2–5+ years backend or full-stack development experience

- Awareness of backend scaling patterns and performance optimization
- Comfort using AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude in daily work
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

## Nice to have

- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP)
- gRPC services experience
- Docker and Kubernetes containerization and orchestration
- Observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Honeycomb)
- Authentication, authorization, and security best practices knowledge
- Performance and load testing experience
